We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning items must be returned within 14 days from the order date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging (e.g., dust bag or gift box).
• Be securely packed to ensure safe return shipping.
• Have been purchased directly from www.nilanoor.com
Important:
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Items purchased from www.nilanoor.com cannot be exchanged or returned in physical stores.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
• Contact our customer service at hello@nilanoor.com to receive a return label.
• Fill out the return form that you received with your order and place it inside the package.
• Use the return label and attach it to the securely packed return.
• Please note that the return fee is NOK 69 within Scandinavia, and EUR 20 within the EU and Iceland.
• Ship the package back to us within 14 days from the order date (Posten/Bring in Norway or DHL Express internationally).
Note:
Returns received after the 14-day window will be sent back to you.
Sale items cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
• Place a new order for the desired product.
• Return the original item by following the steps under "How to Return an Item."
REFUNDS
Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.
Please note:
Refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
