Purchasing through our website is secure and simple. We offer multiple payment options through trusted providers, including Vipps, Klarna, Credit card (Visa, Master). Available payment methods may include direct payment, installment plans, buy now/pay later options. 

SHIPPING
Delivery in Norway, Denmark & Sweden
Orders within Scandinavia are shipped with Posten/Bring and typically arrive within 1-5 business days after dispatch. Depending on the size, weight, and content, your package may be delivered to your mailbox or the nearest post office. You will receive an SMS and/or email from Posten/Bring with tracking information. We offer free shipping on all orders over NOK 2000 within Scandinavia (Norway, Denmark & Sweden). A return fee of NOK 69 applies to orders returned from within Scandinavia.

International delivery
We currently ship to all EU countries and Iceland. International orders are shipped with DHL Express and usually arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your location. DHL will notify you via SMS and/or email with delivery updates. A return fee of EUR 20 applies to orders returned from the EU and Iceland.

Please note: During peak seasons and holidays, delivery times may be extended due to increased order volume and carrier processing times.

TAXES & DUTIES
We ship all orders on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all local taxes, VAT, and import duties are included in the final purchase price – no hidden fees upon delivery.
